Refound Policies

You can return your purchase made in our online or physical store, within 15 days from the date of purchase of the products, and for a refund within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the package. Refunds will be made to the account provided by the customer, within a maximum of 15 days. We do not offer cash refunds.


- Socks, candles, or decorative items are not exchanged unless the garment or accessory has factory defects.
- If the garments have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
- If the garment shows any signs of use, bad odor, sweating, makeup, etc.
- For improper washing or washing different from what the garment requires. For example, mixing a white garment with a colored one or soaking a garment that is undergoing a dyeing process, etc.

Please note: The lifespan of any product depends on how you use it. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the product will not be replaced.


To make an exchange or return, you must send us your garment(s) to: Envigado - Antioquia, Carrera 5F #24 sur 05 (Kilometer 17 via Palmas Sector Bellomonte). Restaurant La Rufina La Rufina, our business hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11 am to 8 pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm. When packing and dispatching your garment, include a note identifying yourself (Name on the order, order number, or ID). You can also let us know via WhatsApp or Instagram. Make sure to ship under the "Payment on Delivery" option so that this shipment is free for you. Upon receiving your garment and verifying that it is in good condition, we will contact you to share a discount code that you can use for a new purchase, either in-store or online. All orders made with a discount code are subject to a shipping charge depending on your location. Note: Items on promotion cannot be exchanged.
