If the garment shows any signs of use, bad odor, sweating, makeup, etc.

Note: The lifespan of any product depends on its use. Products damaged by normal use or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the product will not be replaced.

Make sure to ship under the "Payment on Delivery" modality so that this shipment is free for you. Upon receiving your garment and verifying that it is in good condition, we will contact you to share a discount code that you can use for a new purchase, whether in-store or online.
