Shipping Policy:

Our shipments take 3 to 8 business days to arrive in major cities, and 3 to 10 days to reach secondary and tertiary cities and towns.

We accept payments from any credit or debit card through Payu. Make your purchase on La Rufina's virtual store and select Payu as your payment method. Complete the payment through the platform, and when you finish, you will receive emails notifying you of the processing of your order. Make sure they do not go to your spam folder.

If the garment does not fit or you do not like it, don't worry, we can exchange it for another reference or size, and you only have to pay the shipping cost. (Approximately $10,000)

All shipments are made from the city of Medellín. They take between 3 to 8 business days to arrive in major cities, and between 3 and 10 business days to arrive in secondary cities. The transport companies we work with are Coordinadora, Deprisa, and Interrapidisimo. If these companies do not reach your location, we can adapt to the one you suggest.

The shipping cost varies according to the zone:

- Deliveries in Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, and La Estrella in less than 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays): $10,000

- Rest of Colombia: $18,000

It is important to provide the correct zone where you are located, otherwise, the order will not be dispatched.
