Normally, our website is updated with the availability of all items and sizes; however, errors in inventory may occur, and the item you purchased may no longer be available. In this case, we will notify you by email, WhatsApp, or phone call and give you the option to choose another product or receive a refund.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Payments made by credit card must be verified beforehand. Occasionally, the buyer may be asked to send us a photo of the identification document of the cardholder for verification purposes to prevent fraud, identity theft, and future issues with the bank.
